These terms govern your use of Cosmic Path at cosmic.mmww.pl. The service is operated under the trading name MMWW, an independent business based in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@mmww.eu.
What Cosmic Path provides. The service calculates astrology chart information from the details you enter and uses an automated AI system to create a personalised written reading.
Entertainment only. A reading is not a factual assessment, a guaranteed prediction, or medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Do not use it as a substitute for a qualified professional or as the sole basis for an important decision.
01Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to purchase a reading. By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02Your information
You are responsible for entering information accurately and lawfully. An incorrect birth date, time or place can affect the calculated chart. Optional questions may be skipped.
Do not submit another person's private information unless you have a lawful reason and their permission where required. Do not submit highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for an entertainment reading. Our handling of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
03AI-generated content and limitations
Readings are generated automatically and may vary even when similar information is supplied. They may contain mistakes, inconsistencies, broad statements or material that does not resonate with you. We do not represent that astrology is scientifically validated or that an AI-generated interpretation will be accurate.
Any synthetic character or presenter used in Cosmic Path marketing, including Maeve Moone, is a fictional AI-created persona and is not a licensed adviser or a real astrologer personally reviewing your order.
04Orders, prices and payment
The price and currency are displayed before you leave Cosmic Path for checkout. Payment is processed on Stripe's hosted checkout page. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and the service confirms access to the paid reading.
We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is unauthorised, fraudulent, duplicated, technically invalid, or prohibited by law. If we cancel after taking payment and no paid reading has been supplied, we will refund the charge.
05Digital delivery and cancellation
A paid reading is personalised digital content intended to be generated and made available shortly after successful payment. Consumer cancellation rights for immediately supplied digital content vary by location and may be affected only where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Regardless of the minimum legal position, Cosmic Path provides the 14-day refund promise described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer right.
06Personal use and intellectual property
You may save, print and share your own reading for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell readings, operate a competing service from our output, systematically copy the website, remove branding from commercial reproductions, or claim that Cosmic Path's software, prompts, design or branding belongs to you.
You retain responsibility for content you enter. You give us a limited permission to process that content solely to provide, secure and support the service as described in these terms and the Privacy Policy.
07Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, overload the service or introduce malicious code;
- scrape, reverse-engineer or automate access except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use the service to harass, deceive, exploit or unlawfully profile another person;
- use a reading to impersonate a qualified professional or present it as verified professional advice;
- use payment disputes, repeated refund requests or multiple identities fraudulently.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or payment systems.
08Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, network failures or model availability may delay a reading. We may change or discontinue features, but this does not affect your right to receive or be refunded for a paid order we have accepted.
09Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on entertainment content, loss caused by inaccurate information you supplied, or indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. For a claim connected with a specific paid reading, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for that reading, except where law requires otherwise.
10Complaints
Send complaints to support@mmww.eu with the reading ID, purchase date and a clear description of the issue. We aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. The courts of Northern Ireland will have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom or country where they live. Mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for legal, security, provider or service changes. The version in force when you place an order governs that order unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
